Michael is a multifaceted entrepreneur with a rare blend of expertise in logistics, technology, design, and cultural innovation. A graduate of Lehman College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Michael possesses both the academic foundation and real-world experience to drive Royal Fresh into the future of on-demand service.

His entrepreneurial journey is marked by the launch of several culturally impactful startups, including:

Professionally, Michael has worked on the front lines of delivery logistics with Amazon and LaundryHeap, giving him a first-hand understanding of what works — and what doesn’t — in last-mile operations. That experience, combined with his skills as a self-taught full-stack developer, graphic designer, and branding strategist, allows him to build platforms that are both beautiful and deeply functional.

From designing scalable apps to coordinating fleets to crafting brand identities, Michael doesn’t just manage — he creates.

Angel Santos is the co-founder and operational heart of Royal Fresh Laundry & Design Services. With a strong background in logistics and real-world delivery experience through industry leaders like Amazon and LaundryHeap, Angel brings both tactical insight and hands-on efficiency to the company’s daily operations.

As the head of Fleet Management and Driver Operations, Angel is responsible for overseeing route optimization, coordinating our network of independent contractor drivers, and ensuring each delivery meets the Royal Fresh standard of excellence. Her attention to detail, speed of execution, and ability to adapt to real-time challenges makes her an irreplaceable asset in maintaining our on-time delivery performance and high customer satisfaction rates.

Beyond logistics, Angel also manages customer service operations, ensuring that every client interaction—from the first pickup to the final drop-off—is smooth, professional, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
