Royal Fresh Laundry Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the onboarding process and future engagement as an independent contractor driver with Royal Fresh Laundry Services, a division of Wolfpac Technologies Inc. By participating in the onboarding process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
1. Independent Contractor Status
By proceeding with onboarding, you understand that this opportunity is offered strictly on an independent contractor basis. You are not an employee of Royal Fresh Laundry Services or Wolfpac Technologies Inc., and you will be responsible for your own taxes, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and other business expenses.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as a delivery driver, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Provide accurate personal information during onboarding
- Consent to and pass a background check and DMV records screening
False or misleading information may result in disqualification or removal from the platform.

- Follow all traffic laws and safety standards

Violation of these expectations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
7. Platform Access & Assignments
Access to delivery assignments is not guaranteed. Assignments are based on operational needs, driver performance, and availability. You may be removed from the platform at any time for breach of these Terms or other misconduct.
8. Updates to Terms
Royal Fresh Laundry Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted to your onboarding portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
